36th Street NW Project
Impact converted a low basement and utility room into a completely remodeled living space. The project required underpinning the foundation so as to drop the floor almost two feet. The project featured new utilities, including high efficiency HVAC and hot water tank, as well as closed-cell insulation in the walls. A new kitchen, living room, and office was created in a modern style with polished concrete floors and features a stair-case made of recycled steel from a factory in Pennsylvania.
