Objective: Located in Silicon Valley, Serious Materials operates several industrial facilities and was looking for opportunities to ensure
that its buildings and operations are operated and maintained efficiently. 

Solution: We worked with the project team through the facilitation of a three-day design and planning workshop.  The comprehensive
