Live Nation Artists

Objective: To meet the challenges of their growing business, Live Nation Artists leased roughly 15,000 square feet for their new headquarters in
Miami, FL.  As part of the renovation of the commercial space, Live Nation Artists sought to incorporate sustainability and healthy indoor air quality elements into the project so that the commercial interior properly reflected their commitment to their employees and the environment. 

Solution: As the sustainability project consultant and manager, we worked with the client and the entire construction team to identify best practices
in design and construction that were successfully implemented into the final build.  Through thoughtful planning and meticulous project management, the project is now registered to be the first LEED-certified Silver commercial interior in the city of Miami.  Project accomplishments included:

95% of construction waste diverted from landfills

30% energy savings through lighting design efficiencies

Zero use of unhealthy paints, adhesives, and composite woods

50% re-use of existing building materials
