Residential Kitchen

Objective: Living in a DC condo,
the client wanted to create a kitchen
that leveraged the relatively small
space as efficiently as possible, while also considering the environment.

Solution: Impact worked with the client
to develop a design and project plan
that met environmental, style and budget objectives. We significantly reduced landfill waste by deconstructing and donating old cabinets and appliances.
In addition, we used a pre-manufactured cabinetry system, energy efficient appliances and light fixtures and bulbs, and low VOC paints and adhesives.
