Residential Master Bathroom

Objective: The client wanted to upgrade
their original bathroom, dating to the 1970s. Their primary concerns were energy efficiency and budget.

Solution:  Impact met with the client several times to determine which materials and practices would best meet their objectives. With the client’s approval, Impact salvaged and donated the old toilet, sink, vanity countertops, and 90%
of the tile. Once the old material was gone, Impact used low-flow water fixtures, pre-manufactured countertops and vanity, energy efficient light fixtures and bulbs, and low VOC paints and adhesives.
