Kitchen and Two Bathrooms

Our client was seeking to enhance their home with a larger kitchen, a powder room, and a new master bathroom upstairs. Despite the size of the remodel, the client needed to live in the house during construction - which happened during Snowmaggedon I, II, and III.

Careful planning was critical. Much thought went into the framing plan in order to accommodate the plumbing and structural requirements created by the existing structure. The goals was to minimize additional soffits and bulkheads, which was a challenge considering the amount of new plumbing required.
